![]() ![]() Go ahead and open the door to the city and head on in. Up the stairs to your left you'll find a viewpoint for an Angler Fish fossil that gives a vital clue in relation to Dark Bramble. Jump the gap up to another sand column you'll walk through to find yourself in front of the door to the Sunless City.Continue to follow the path until you reach another note telling you to hurry due to the falling sand.Make the leap across the now broken bridge.Continue to follow the path until you come to another set of writings.continue to the room filled with rock column formations and climb upward through the opening above them.Walk forward until you meet the sandfall at the pit and turn left. Here they all are so there's no need to write them down yourself: On the walls the Nomai left writings for their comrades to be able to find them as they made their way deeper beneath the earth.įollow the clues as they lead you through the winding tunnels, especially once they mention to follow the instructions closely to avoid getting lost. You'll find yourself in a large underground passage. Head out the back of the ship via the escape hatch, using your cursor to move the glowing ball to unlock the door. Land and follow the cable into the ship where you can translate a few Nomai recordings to learn of a crash that many survived. Keep your flashlight on though.Ĭlimb on top of the rock with your flashlight aimed at the rock, and then flick it off and then back on. As mentioned in the note, we'll need to turn off the lights via a switch nearby. (wink wink nudge nudge)Īrmed with this knowledge, we can now solve the mystery of the teleporting rock and missing Nomai. The now missing Nomai had been standing on the rock when the lights went out, and when they returned on, both he and the rock were gone. ![]() The notes relay how the events took place. They relay that while they've come to visit the cave to find the missing Nomai, he isn't here. Eventually you'll come to a cave with the strange rock, and some notes on the ground. These actually behave as quantum objects, meaning if you continue to look away and then look at where they were, eventually they'll disappear, clearing a path.Ĭontinue deeper, using your knowledge of quantum objects to move blockages in your way. If you haven’t found it yet, there’s a third quantum rule which can be found at the tower of quantum knowledge. And (while this may be 'too much' of a hint), keep an eye on your mini-map of the planet. I don’t know if it’s a bug or not but does anyone else know or at least experience it.Falling down you'll come into a room with more blockades, both rock and cactus. Check the rules in your ship's log about the sixth location and the quantum moon generally. Additionally, when I was “incinerated,” the cycle was not even close to the end of it when then sun goes supernova, it was less than ten minutes when it happened. On Timber Hearth in Outer Wilds, youll encounter the Quantum Grove that features oddly moving rocks and a cryptic sign.00:00 - Intro00:55 - Cherts Research Notes 02:19 - Quantum Shard02:45. I’ve never seen this on an video featuring the Quantum Moon, better yet I haven’t seen it written down on the wiki. Remarkably, I survived but almost dead from the impact before it disappeared and I was knocked off the Quantum Moon. I do recall one event where I was on the Quantum Moon while it was orbiting Timber Hearth and then some sort of barrier very quickly approached me and hit me head on. In fact, there’s an ending where you can avoid the supernova by going to the Sixth Location with the AWC, meeting the same fate as Solanum. But like I said, this happened at the Sixth Location of the Quantum Moon, something I’ve never seen happen before. Next thing, red light comes in and engulfs my character, killed instantly, like what would happen if you flew directly into the sun or got killed by the supernova. ![]() As they were starting to talk, I noticed a red light to the left and started to look at it, then it appeared I was taking heat damage. But for some reason, I had reached the Sixth Location and began to talk to Solanum. Something strange is happening on the Quantum Moon, which isn’t surprising really. ![]()
